RYNO Network Services was established in 1999 to deliver onsite technical support services in the New York/New Jersey area on behalf of large systems integrators who required a local presence in the area to support their customers. Throughout the years, RYNO has built a team of skilled technicians in various cities based upon customer requirements and developed dedicated systems and processes to effectively support the delivery of affordable, reliable onsite technical support. Today, the company has expanded to deliver outsourced field support in over 20 states across the nation.

Our Team
William Normington, President
As president of RYNO Network Services, William (Bill) Normington has been responsible for building RYNO into an established technical support organization supporting some of the nations leading integrators. In his role, Bill has worked to build partnerships with the customers, coordinated with integrators to identify areas where technical resources are required, and led the effort within RYNO to recruit talent in the necessary geographies. With a background in Finance, Bill also handles the financial aspect of operations.
Prior to starting RYNO, Bill was a general contractor in the State of Florida where he performed remodeling and general construction for both residential and commercial projects. While performing his duties as a general contractor, he learned many of the skills necessary to run a successful business including the financial and management skills necessary to successfully execute a large project.
William graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater where he majored in Finance with a minor in Economics. Prior to college, Bill served in the US Navy.
Nancy Bletz, Chief Operating Officer/VP of Operations
Nancy Bletz is the co-founder, COO and VP of Operations for RYNO Network Services, Inc. In this position, Nancy is responsible for the day-to-day operations, customer satisfaction and the management of over 80 field engineers nationwide. Additionally, Nancy is instrumental in the coordination and development of RYNO’s national contractor list and the agreements that set the tone of RYNO’s relationship with all of its technicians. Nancy has also taken the lead in the sales and marketing responsibilities to help grow RYNO’s presence among small to medium sized businesses in the New Jersey area and beyond.
Prior to co-founding RYNO, Nancy was the National Field Manager for Ashe-Tech Corporation in Springfield, Massachusetts. During her tenure with Ashe-Tech, Nancy was responsible field operations activities including the supervision of more than 40 IT/PC field engineers. Prior to Ashe-Tech, Nancy worked for Sullivan Paper Company in West Springfield, Massachusetts.
Nancy holds a degree in Liberal Arts from Holyoke Community College. In addition to her degree, Nancy has completed a number of business and management seminars to continually expand her knowledge and skills.
